"A"s nephew absconded from home. "B" who was "A"s servant was sent to search for the missing boy. After "B" had left in search of the boy, "A" has announced a reward of Rs. 1000/- to any one who might find out the boy. "B" was ignorant of this reward, which had been announced in his absence, was successful in searching the boy. "B" brought an action against "A" to claim the reward. .-. Decide.

"A" had mortgaged some property to "X". "A" then sold the property to "B", B having agreed with "A" to pay off the mortgage debt to "X". "X" brought an action against "B" to recover the mortgage money ? Decide.

"X" agreed to supply a certain quantity of silica sand to the "Y" every month. He also agreed not to sell silica sand to four specified factories. But "Y" supplied silica sand to the four specified factories also. "X" filed a suit against "Y" ? Decide.

"A" promises to obtain for "B" an employment in public service and "B" promises to pay Ra. 10,000/- to "A". Decide whether the consideration is Lawful and the contract is valid a void?
