A and B agreed to refer their disputes to arbitration. They even entered into written agreement. Later A preferred to file a case in a court of law. B objected to this. Decide.

X and Y appointed Z as an arbitrator to decide their disputes. Later X challenged the appointment of Z as an arbitrator and preferred to file a case in the court of law. Z objected. Decide.
