X is appointed to arbitrate the dispute between Y and Z. X is a foreigner. Y and Z are the Indians. Later Z disputed that a foreigner can not be a arbitrator. Decide.

X and Y appointed "Z" as an arbitrator. Z gave an award without giving any reasons. X questioned the validity of award. ? Decide.
