Premier Co. Ltd has put up the air-conditioning plant on the terrace of Sambbodhini building at Thane just above SMS Provider Co. office premises. SMS provider company has moved court contending the plant is causing nuisance because of vibration and noise emanating from it. They have also contended the vibration had caused craks in the wall and the ceilings of their office and it is a threat to the society and stability of the building.
